Snowflake Integration

Connect Snowflake to Edilitics as a source or destination. Step-by-step setup including account identifier, warehouse, database, schema, and credentials.

Snowflake can be used as both a source and destination in Edilitics. It supports full load, incremental, and CDC (destination only) in Replicate pipelines, and source or destination in Transform flows.


Before You Begin

  • Your Snowflake account identifier (found in your Snowflake URL: <account_identifier>.snowflakecomputing.com).
  • A Snowflake user with the appropriate role and warehouse access.
  • The database name, schema, and virtual warehouse you want to connect.

No IP whitelisting is required for Snowflake. Connections use HTTPS on port 443.


Steps to Connect

Step 1: Add the Snowflake Integration

  1. In Edilitics, go to the Integrate module.
  2. Click New Integration.
  3. Select Snowflake from the integration catalog.

Step 2: Enter Connection Parameters

Step 3: Configure the Integration

  • Enter an Integration Name.
  • Add an optional description.
  • Configure AI Column Insights if required. See AI Column Insights.

Step 4: Test and Save

  • Click Test Connection to validate credentials and access.
  • On success, click Preview to confirm table visibility.
  • Click Save.
