SAP HANA Integration
Connect SAP HANA to Edilitics as a source or destination. Step-by-step setup for on-premise and SAP HANA Cloud instances using username and password authentication.
SAP HANA can be used as both a source and destination in Edilitics. It supports full load, incremental, and CDC (destination only) in Replicate pipelines, and source or destination in Transform flows.
Before You Begin
- Your SAP HANA host, port, username, and password.
- The Edilitics IP addresses whitelisted in your SAP HANA network configuration:
34.14.190.234
- SAP HANA default port: 30015 (on-premise) or 443 (SAP HANA Cloud).
Steps to Connect
Step 1: Whitelist Edilitics IP Addresses
Add the following IP address to your SAP HANA network access rules to allow inbound connections from Edilitics:
34.14.190.234/32
For SAP HANA Cloud, update the Allowed Connections list in the SAP HANA Cloud Central console.
Step 2: Add the SAP HANA Integration
- In Edilitics, go to the Integrate module.
- Click New Integration.
- Select SAP HANA from the integration catalog.
Step 3: Enter Connection Parameters

| Port | Default: 30015 for on-premise, 443 for SAP HANA Cloud |
| Username | Database user with read (and write if using as destination) permissions |
| Password | Password for the database user |
| Schema | The schema containing your tables |
Step 4: Configure the Integration
- Enter an Integration Name.
- Add an optional description.
- Configure AI Column Insights if required. See AI Column Insights.
Step 5: Test and Save
- Click Test Connection to validate credentials and network access.
- On success, click Preview to confirm table access.
- Click Save.
