Your account moves to a limited state. Connected integrations and saved pipelines are preserved but cannot be run until you upgrade to a paid plan. No data is deleted.

How do I connect my own data during the evaluation?

Open the Integrate module and add a data source. All 22 connectors are available during the evaluation: relational databases, cloud warehouses, NoSQL, and file formats. The evaluation allows up to 2 connected data sources per workspace.

How many people can join a Team evaluation workspace?

A Team evaluation workspace supports 2 users. The first user to sign up is automatically assigned the Admin role. Additional users on your domain can request access and are assigned the Member role once approved.

Can I schedule pipelines to run automatically during the evaluation?

Yes. Once, Daily, and Manual trigger scheduling are available during the evaluation. Cron-based scheduling unlocks on all paid plans: every 12 hours on Launch, every 6 hours on Scale, and every 1 hour on Pinnacle.

What happens to my pipelines and dashboards if I don't upgrade?

Your pipelines, dashboards, and connected integrations are preserved. They cannot be run or refreshed until you upgrade to a paid plan. Nothing is deleted when the evaluation ends.

Is the sample data included at signup real data or a demo?

It is a pre-loaded sample integration matched to your industry at signup. It contains two tables: Clean Data and Messy Data. DQ scores and AI column insights are already generated. You can open Visualize or AskEdi and start exploring immediately without connecting anything.

How do I upgrade from the evaluation to a paid plan?
