It activates automatically when you sign up, requires no configuration, and gradually normalizes (~20% reduction) as Visualize, Transform, and Replicate go live so you end up at the standard 20/40/60 baseline without losing value.

Most platforms charge by rows processed, data volume, or per-token AI usage - making costs hard to predict. Edilitics uses fixed monthly quotas for compute and AI prompts, so your costs stay consistent and easy to plan.

Edilitics is built for trust from the ground up. All data and credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and large language models never access your data directly. Queries run in a secure, ephemeral environment with no residual copies, while dashboards, flows, and audit logs are handled with the same rigor. Temporary samples, when used, are auto-deleted within 24 hours. Security, governance, and compliance are part of the foundation - not afterthoughts.

We measure compute in processing time, not rows. As a guide: - Entry tier: ~1M rows per run - Mid tier: ~3M rows - Top tier: ~5M rows Throughput depends on row size and workflow complexity, but these ranges cover most production needs.

Individual plans are for a single licensed user with a personal or generic email (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo). Team plans are for business email domains (e.g., @company.com). The plan type is assigned automatically at signup and can’t be switched later.

Available on Team plans only. Viewer seats provide read-only dashboard access plus AskEdi usage (no editing or compute). They draw from the team’s shared AskEdi prompt quota. Limit: up to 2 Viewer seats per licensed user. Price: $15 or ₹1,499 per seat per month, billed annually.

Plans can’t be downgraded mid-term, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime. Your current plan stays active until its end date.

Yes - simply revoke access for the old user and assign the seat to someone new. No extra cost.

Yes - 14 days with access to core features and limited compute and AI prompt quotas. Add-ons are not available during the trial.
