AskEdi provides AI‑assisted analytics to deliver governed, real‑time insights. Each analysis request that triggers model reasoning and secure query execution consumes one prompt. Included monthly prompts cover everyday usage, while non‑expiring add‑on packs give teams the flexibility to scale without throttling - with full governance, validation, and auditability.

Included Monthly Prompt Allocation#

• Per‑user included prompts by tier:

  • Launch: 20 per month

  • Scale: 40 per month

  • Pinnacle: 60 per month

• Team plans: Prompt allocations are pooled across the entire workspace.

• Reset & rollover: Included prompts reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.

• Consumption order: AskEdi always deducts from included prompts first, then automatically draws from any add‑on packs once the included allocation is exhausted.

Pooling Example:

A 5‑user team on the Scale tier (40 prompts/user) has 200 pooled prompts per month. If one user consumes 30 prompts, the remaining 170 are available to the other four users. Once the pool reaches zero, AskEdi seamlessly starts deducting from non‑expiring add‑on packs.

Add‑On Prompt Packs (Non‑Expiring)#

Add‑on packs are one‑time purchases that never expire, providing predictable scalability for teams of any size.

Pricing notes: INR amounts already include 18% GST and are rounded to the nearest rupee. Per‑prompt INR figures also include GST.

Key Considerations:

• Zero throttling: Any base tier can purchase any pack size - even Launch plans can access Ultra packs.

• Scope:

  • Team plans: Add‑on packs are workspace‑wide, shared across all users. Add‑on License users do not receive their own monthly prompt allocation; they consume from the team's pooled allocation.
  • Individual plans: Packs are tied to a single user.

• Provider choice: Each tier maps to a curated provider mix (Launch → OpenAI, Scale → OpenAI + Google DeepMind, Pinnacle → OpenAI + Google DeepMind + Anthropic). Selecting a provider within a chat does not change the prepaid price of that pack.

What Counts as a Prompt#

• A prompt is a single AskEdi message that triggers the secure pipeline: safety check → SQL generation → post‑processing → real‑time query execution → result verification → response delivery. All AI‑generated queries and their resulting data are encrypted at rest and securely stored, ensuring they remain auditable for governance reviews and compliance reporting.

• Follow‑up questions that require new analysis each consume additional prompts.

• Privacy & Context Modes and per‑chat LLM provider selection (Anthropic, DeepMind, OpenAI) do not change the prompt count, though they can influence latency and analytical depth.

Scale Team Scenario (Prepaid usage):
A 5-user team on the Scale tier has 200 included prompts/month (40/user). Ahead of a launch, they pre-purchase a Scale Growth pack (100 prompts) and a Scale Starter pack (25 prompts). During the launch month they run 230 prompts:

• First 200 prompts consume the included pool.
• The remaining 30 prompts draw down the prepaid packs (100 + 25). Ninety-five prompts remain banked for future use; the packs were paid upfront, so there’s no surprise invoice later.
• Effective pack spend: $47.99 + $12.99 = $60.98 USD (or ₹4,879 + ₹1,279 = ₹6,158 INR, GST included), already collected when the packs were purchased.
